Working alongside the builder team, I was responsible for refining the bridging architect's initial concepts. My focus was on ensuring the design met all programmatic and budgetary requirements while strictly maintaining the original design intent. As the bridging design did not include interior specifications, I led the development of all interior spaces.

 

Throughout the selection process, I built and managed a comprehensive project model. We used iterations of this model to refine our understanding of stakeholder goals and ensure alignment with their vision. I am pleased to share that our team won the project.
