Poway K8 Study
This study was performed to demonstrate knowledge of specific project challenges and an understanding of the design for educational modalities the client deploys. The study was done for use in Architect selection process.
Chaffin Residence
Produced to illustrate this simple and elegant solution to a complex programmatic and three dimension challenge, the fly-through simultaneously tours the property and demonstrates the use of passive solar design.
Ashland Youth Center
Produced to demonstrate value added scope of work within project budget to be shown at the final design-build interview. The model was developed from a set of two-dimensional bridging documents and the interior design was further developed to demonstrate conceptual project understanding.
House 5
House 5 was produced to study the site feasabilty and alternative construction methods for a three bedroom 1800 sf home located in a Sierra foothill community. Rammed earth walls, engineered wood beams and recycled wood floors make up the majority of construction materials and provide passive solar benefits.
K12 Concept
This video illustrates the complex relationships and opportunities of the conceptual master plan for a K through 12 campus. Character animation brings life to what would otherwise be static scenes.
